Maintain cut-off work item for SAP Workflow

Preconditions
Identify the Task ID for the SAP adapter.
The Task ID is configured in transaction /IQX/OL_CONFIG ā Select SAP System ID in OneList Endpoint Configuration ā Select OneList Integration Configuration to display the available Task IDs.
In this article, we will be using the PO Request task type with Task ID TS20000166.
This task has to be performed prior to scheduling the OneList job to prevent old Work Items from being synchronized to OneList.
Procedure
Step 1 | Go to transaction SWIA or SWI1 to search for the latest Work Item available |
Step 2 | Enter the Task ID ā Set Status READY and STARTED ā Set the Time Period ā Execute  |
Step 3 | Sort the Task ID in descending order to retrieve the latest Work Item |
Step 4 | Configure the Task ID in transaction /IQX/OL_CONFIG ā Select SAP System ID in OneList Endpoint Configuration ā Select OneList Integration Configuration ā Select Task Type ā Enter Cut-off ID ā Select Save |
For older versions of OneList, you can go to transaction /IQX/OL_WI_SAP and create a new entry. Alternatively, you can go to transaction SM30 and maintain table /IQX/OL_SWI_HEAD.
Enter the following parameters and select Save:
