Manage Delegation Adapters

Navigate to the /onelist/admin URL then select the Adapters then Delegation Adapters tab.

Configure the delegation adapter

• Source System - Select the source system for which the delegation adapter should synchronize with.

• Adapter Type - Select Delegation as adapter type.

• Categories - A selection of the task categories of the tasks produced by this adapter.

• Workflow Type - Specify the delegation workflow engine or workflow type; See the definition of workflow types and profiles per source system below.

• Profile - Specify the delegation workflow name or profile name. See the definition of workflow types and profiles per source system below.

• Description - Specify a non technical description of the delegation workflow type and profile. This will be visible to the approvers when setting up their delegations.

• Selection Rule - Selection Rule is None by default. Set the Selection Rule to Exclusive by Source System Workflow Type if multiple profiles per source system and workflow type cannot be delegated to the same approver at the same period.

• Default Profile - Determines the default profile if Selection Rule is set to Exclusive by Source System Workflow Type.

• Use the Export and Import buttons to move the configuration between environments.
