Manage OneList Default Settings

Navigate to the /onelist/admin URL then select the Default Settings tab.

These settings are applicable to all users.

  • Maximum number of records to display in the History and Outbox.

  • The retention period for History and Outbox records. Note: these settings do not affect the tasks in the source system.

  • Settings for default view and badge count.

  • Maximum attachment file size.

  • Maximum outbound email size - must be within the limit of the mail server.

  • Customize the action button style.
