Create Task Category and Adapter in OneList

New Tasks configured in the SAP Adapter need to be assigned in OneList.

The app://onelist/administrator claim is required to view and modify OneList configuration.
By default, this claim is assigned to the OneList Administrator role.


Configure Task Categories in OneList

Categories are configured in OneList to group related decision tasks for the convenience of managers.
To create a new task category in OneList, navigate to System Admin > Categories.

For each new category, specify:

  • Name
  • Icon – selected from the font awesome free icon library available here: https://fontawesome.com/icons?d=gallery.
  • Background colour – this is the Hex colour code or common CSS colour name.
  • Foreground colour – this is the colour of the solid icon.
  • Background Opacity – the background colour opacity can be set between 0 (translucent) and 100 (opaque).


Assign Source System Task Type to OneList Category

In this step, you map your Source System (ie SAP), Adapter Type (ie Task), Task Type (configured in SAP Adapter as either a workflow item or FAB form) to a OneList Category.
