The data collected by the apps are stored in a database table on the SAP system and is managed by FAB. The FAB software suite provides reports to analyze and export the data to other software such as Excel.

The table columns represent the standard FAB data elements as well as the data elements created in the app. 


Step-by-step guide

1. Execute TCODE /IQX/FAB_ANALYSIS or from the FAB Workbench (/IQX/FAB) goto Reporting-→Data Analysis

    

    

2. Enter the app name as a minimum. Other parameters like status, form ID (instance number), external document number, date submitted and date last changed can be added. 

    External Document Number - can be the SAP document number created, if your app posts to SAP at the end of the process flow. 



3. A full list of all the requests with information about the forms' data returned from SAP on posting, status and audit trail is provided. This list is exportable to Excel for Analysis.
