Configure Manual User Mapping

If OneList cannot automatically link a source system user with its user account, the approver can manually associate his/her source system user in OneList.

Prerequisites

  • The source system must support Open ID Connect

Configure the external authentication provider

Follow the steps in "Setup External Authentication Provider" to configure the provider for the source system. Make sure the following options are selected:

  • Is Active: selected
  • Is Interactive: not selected
  • Is Default: not selected

How to manually associate source system user with OneList account 

  • Log on to OneList Web App;
  • Click the Settings menu then select Account Settings;
  • Expand the source system pane:

  • De-select the Not Applicable checkbox:

  • Click the Setup button. OneList will navigate to the login page provided by the source system;
  • After completing the source system login process, OneList displays the associated source system user account:
