Task Dashboard

This page provides several reporting tools that help Process Administrators visualize and manage tasks efficiently. Key functions include:

  • Tasks Overview by age: View All, Current, Due, or Overdue tasks by System, User, or Category.

  • Detailed Task Report drilldown: Drill down to a detailed list of Tasks in the Task Administration page from the relevant overview section.

 

Understanding the key reporting attributes, please see below:

  • Due Date: The Due Date of the task is either specified by the Source System or calculated median using the historical approval duration from the past 24 months.

  • Due: These are the tasks within 2 days pass the Due Date.

  • Overdue: These are the tasks more than 2 days pass the Due Date.

  • Current: These are the tasks not yes pass the Due Date.

  • Open: All tasks.

 

Overview by System

The System overview shows a visual breakdown of Current, Due, and Overdue tasks by System.

From this section, the Process Administrator can drill down to a detailed report of the tasks by System and Age by clicking on the relevant section of the chart.

Overview by User

The User overview is a list of the top 10 users with the highest number of Open and Overdue tasks.

From this section, the Process Administrator can drill down to a detailed report of the Open or Overdue task by User by clicking on the listed User.

Overview by Category

The Category overview is a list of all Open, Current, Due, and Overdue tasks by Category.

From this section, the Process Administrator can drill down to a detailed report of Open, Current, Due, or Overdue tasks by Category by clicking on the listed Category.
