Manage Settings and Preferences

The Settings tab allows users to view and manage their account, adjust device settings and configure language and time zone preferences. The settings page is only accessible through the web app.

View and manage your account settings

  • The first section is your OneList account details.

  • The other sections are your source system account settings in OneList.

    • The Authorize button is displayed if the source system cannot automatically link your OneList account. Click the button and log on to the source system to authorize OneList to process your tasks. You can disable it if you do not have access to the source system.

  • Click the Save button to commit your changes.

Account Settings on Mobile App 

The mobile app will prompt you to link OneList with your Source System Account when required.
Optionally, you can select Not Applicable.

Maintain synchronization settings

  • You can activate and deactivate the notification channels. Click the Save button to commit your change.

  • Use the "Sync Now" button to update your tasks e.g. when the expected layout change is not reflected in your tasks.

Viewing the list of your mobile devices used by the mobile app

Change your preferences

  • Choose how OneList should handle OneList launch urls from Email Notifications.
    Note: This setting is only applicable when you click a OneList launch/task url via an email on your mobile device.
    Clicking a OneList launch/task url via an email on your desktop will always open the task in the web browser.

  • Choose in what language you want OneList to be displayed.

  • Choose in what Timezone OneList should render the Date and Time.
