View and action your tasks
The Inbox contains all your outstanding tasks. You navigate the task list and select the task to view its detail, its supporting document if any, and its available actions.
OneList layouts are configured based on the scenario and organisational requirement of decision-makers to include only critical information. First at a summary list level (for quick action), and then at increasing levels of detailed drill-down as required. A drill-down is indicated by the '>' symbol.
Web App Inbox
Display task list in category view or single list view on Web App
Select a category on the left panel to view tasks in the category.
Select the “All Items” on the left panel to view all tasks.
Display attachment on Web App
Select the attachment link to preview the document. Note: only .pdf and images can be previewed. You need to download the document for other document types (e.g. office documents, etc.).
Mobile App Inbox

Tap on the Attachments icon and select the document to view.
Display task list in category view or single list view on Mobile App
Select a category to view tasks in the category.
Select the “All Items” to view all tasks.
Use the Inbox toolbar functions
On the Web App, the Inbox toolbar is located above the task list.
On Mobile App, navigate to the Inbox then tap theat the top right corner to access the toolbar.
The inbox toolbar has the following buttons:
The "Sort" button re-orders your tasks by its Title, Requested Date, Due Date or Priority;
The "Filter" button filters your tasks by the selected value.
The "Search" button to find task by its title; Note: on the Web App, the Search button is only available in the Tasks view.
Action your task
You take action against your selected task by clicking the action button available for the task. You may be prompted to enter additional information e.g comments for rejection or attachments for approval, and you must complete all the mandatory fields before the action can be submitted. Mandatory input fields are indicated with *.

Line Level Actions
Depending on the source system and the configurations, certain tasks may support Line Level Actions.
This allows you to select different actions per line item in the task and commit the selections by clicking the action button available for the task. You may be prompted to enter additional information e.g comments for rejection, and you must complete all the mandatory fields before the action can be submitted. Mandatory input fields are indicated with *.
