‘Action History’ presents a detailed view of the tasks and responses actioned by the logged in user on OneList. The number of tasks to be displayed can be configured by the OneList administrator. By default, it shows the last 100 actions in the past 30 days.

Please note that this will display actions that where made with OneList, and will not represent any tasks actioned directly on the Source System.

The Action History displays:

  • The actioned tasks instantly as pending • in the Action History list while it's waiting for source system processing.

  • The action taken, which is highlighted/colour-coded by category consistently throughout OneList.

Viewing your action history on Web App

Select the History tab to view your action history.

Viewing the most recent version of actioned tasks in the Web and Mobile App

If applicable, click on the toggle/button located at the top-right corner of the task's detail view to switch from the Actioned version to the Most Recent version of the task. 
Note: Most Recent view is only applicable to actioned tasks that are no longer pending for processing (e.g. does not have the orange dot) and only when enabled via the category settings.
