Manage Source Systems

Navigate to the /onelist/admin URL then select the Systems tab.

Configure the source system

• Name: the name must be unique;
• API Key: the API key is used for both authentication and identification of the source system. The API key must be unique and is generated from the service user that has the app://onelist/integration claim;
• User Mapping Mechanism: select the option for user mapping. Select OneList if the source system user is the same as the OneList user id. Otherwise, select the applicable provider for the source system.
• Configuration: A JSON representing the following settings:
  • NoHashCheck: an array of adapters to skip the task hash checking to avoid duplicated approval email to be sent;
  • ErrorMessageHandlers: an array of regular expressions to format task action error messages;
• Specify whether the source system supports category based delegation;
• Use the Export and Import buttons to move the configuration between environments.
