Assign Roles to Users

There are two ways to assign roles to a user.

Assign roles to a user

  • Navigate to the Users page and search for the user account;
  • Select the Edit to view the account detail;
  • Select the Roles tab on the left;
  • Search for the required role and assign the role to the user, or remove the currently assigned role. Note the user needs to log off and log on to have the updated access.

Assign users to a role

  • Navigate to the Roles page then edit the role;
  • Add users to the role;
  • Remove currently assigned user from the role;
