Given the challenge of making adjustments to workflows once they have transitioned into production and the new workflow version becomes active, alternative workflows is deemed necessary.

 

In anticipation of this functionality, we have introduced several features aimed at facilitating a seamless transition for users. The following are the new functionalities implemented as of this writing:

  • Non-breakable Workflow Design with Revised WF Versioning

  • New FAB Process Designer look for easy navigation between workflow versions.

  • Enhanced Traceability of Workflow Definition Changes

  • Workflow Version Control via FAB Data Report for in-flight form instances

 

The rollout of the Alternate Workflow functionality is planned for a future release. Stay tuned for updates!
