Manage Source Systems

Navigate to the /onelist/admin URL then select the Systems tab.

Configure the source system

• Name: the name must be unique;

• API Key: the API key is used for both authentication and identification of the source system.

  • The API key must be unique and must be generated from the service user that has the app://onelist/integration claim;

  • Steps to generate an API key is documented here: Manage Users.

• User Mapping Mechanism: select the option for user mapping. Select OneList if the source system user is the same as the OneList user id. Otherwise, select the applicable provider for the source system.

• Configuration: A JSON representing the following settings:

  • NoHashCheck: an array of adapters to skip the task hash checking to avoid duplicated approval email to be sent;

  • ErrorMessageHandlers: an array of regular expressions to format task action error messages;

• Specify whether the source system supports category based delegation;

• Use the Export and Import buttons to move the configuration between environments.
