Enhancements

  • The Communications service has been refactored to use MailKit for sending email via SMTP service, as recommended by Microsoft.
  • The Communications service has been enhanced to place all outgoing email in a durable queue so the service will continue sending all pending emails in the case of service restart.
  • The outgoing email queue is now monitored and an alert is raised if the queue is over the configured threshold.
  • Enhanced user sync process to send email notification for new users
  • Enhanced the /api/DataSync/GetUserMappingRequests API to support user change detection
