Enhancements

• The Diagnostic service has been enhanced to monitor service logs and send email notification when errors are recorded in the log.

Bug fixes

• Stopping duplicate approval email to be sent. The task sync process now checks the uploaded attachment and only re-send approval email when attachment file is changed
• Fixed the intermittent AKS internal communication error by using the HttpClientFactory to instantiate HttpClient for communication between services. This is the recommended approach by Microsoft for .net core 2.2 applications.
