The data collected by the Apps is stored in database tables on the SAP system and is managed by FAB. The FAB software suite provides reports to analyse and export the data to other software such as Excel.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Execute TCODE /IQX/FAB_ANALYSIS or from the FAB Workbench (/IQX/FAB) goto Reporting-→Data Analysis

  2. Enter the App Name and/or Status and/or Form ID if required

  3. A full list of all the Requests with information about the forms, data returned from SAP on posting, status and audit trail is provided. This list is exportable to Excel for Analysis.
