The Process Flow section provides a visual representation of the configured workflow.  In the example below, you will find the following elements:

  • Levels:  Creation, Approval and Complete are the three configured levels in this workflow.
  • Tasks: The Creation and Draft tasks are assigned to the Creation level.  First and Second Approval are assigned to the Approval Level and Complete is assigned to the Complete level. 
  • Actions: When the user executes the Draft action from the Creation task, it will take them to the Draft Task.  Clicking Submit will take them to First Approval.
