Workflow Version List
This feature is only available for FAB version 3.3.1 and higher.
Upon opening the workflow window, users will initially encounter the Workflow Version List, which contains all revisions made to the workflow for each form iteration.
By default, the WF version list will be displayed in full-screen mode.
To view the details or configuration of a specific workflow version, users need to click on the respective version, prompting the details pane to appear in the right column of the screen. The complete window layout would resemble the following:
Users have the option to toggle between viewing the Workflow Version List and its details pane using the toggle buttons located at the upper-right corner of the screen.
Additionally, users can choose to hide the WF Version List when necessary, particularly when focusing on the details panel of the workflow version.
The Workflow Version List provides users with some details to review the changes made in each revision.
Form Iteration - This is a sub-header field that indicates the form iteration number at which the listed workflow versions are created.
Workflow Version - This indicates the unique version number for every saved workflow revision.
Workflow Version Description - By default, the description contains the concatenated value of date and time when the workflow version is created. Users can modify this while the workflow version is still in its editable state.
Last Modified Date & Time - This field contains the date and timestamp for the last modification made to the workflow version. It's important to note that once the WF version is no longer editable, this information can no longer be changed.
Refresh Button - This button is available for users who want to manually refresh the Workflow Version List.
