Tracking changes in the Workflow Instance for submitted form instances is essential for maintaining consistency and accuracy within the system. The following table field relationships will help you understand and trace the specific workflow configurations applied to each form instance. This ensures that you can monitor and manage the evolution of workflow definitions over time.

 

  1. Check /IQX/FORMHD_INST-WF_INSTANCE - contains the Workflow Instance the submitted form instance currently running on.

 

  1. Input the value from /IQX/FORMHD_INST-WF_INSTANCE into /IQX/FAB_WF_INST-WF_INSTANCE to know more on the details of current Workflow definition used.

 

  1. When WF Instance ID is not found in table /IQX/FAB_WF_INST, look into table /IQX/FAB_WF instead. Input value from /IQX/FORMHD_INST-WF_INSTANCE into /IQX/FAB_WF-MD5_CHECKSUM.
