Azure configuration for receiving email using Azure MS Graph service

Microsoft has announced it will stop supporting basic authentication for Office 365 IMAP service. OneList email approval service will use Microsoft Graph service to receive task approval emails. This change only affects OneList customers using Office 365 mailbox for email approval.
