Mange your user profile

This function is only accessible via the Web App.

To manage your user profile, click the user profile menu then select the Manage option:


Maintain your account in the Manage User Account page:


  1. Update your user profile information except for the User Name. 
    • If you change your email address then you will receive an email with a link to confirm you are the owner of that email address. Click the link to verify your new email address. OneList will not send any email notification to your new email address before verification. 
    • Click the Save button to save your change. 
  1. Set up or change your password
    • Note this is your OneList account password, distinct from the password of your corporate account, e.g. Windows or Azure account. You don't need to set up this password if you use your corporate account to log on to OneList.
  2. Review or change the external log in that is associated with your OneList user account. These are your source workflow system user account, e.g. SAP, Salesforce, or your corporate user account. OneList uses these user accounts to:
    • Interact with the source workflow system to retrieve your tasks and action the task on your behalf;
    • Single sign-on with your corporate identity provider.
  3. When two-factor authentication is enabled, use this link to set up the mobile authentication app for two-factor authentication.
  4. Personal data link allows you to download your personal data saved by OneList.
