Install Outlook Add-In

Prerequisites

• The target computer has Outlook 2016 or later installed;
• Find out whether 32 bit or 64 bit version is installed:
  • In Outlook, choose File.
  • Select Office Account.
  • Select About Outlook
  • Note the Outlook version at the top of the dialog window.

Download the Installation Package

For 32 bit Outlook version: OneList Outlook addin v6.0 32bit.zip

For 64 bit Outlook version: OneList Outlook addin v6.0 64bit.zip

Installation Steps

• Create C:\IQX folder;
• Unzip the file to the C:\IQX folder;
• Right click on the Setup.Exe file and select Run As Administrator;
• Complete the steps of the installation wizard;
• Restart Outlook;
• The OneList add-in displays the OneList Settings window when it runs for the first time;
• Enter the OneList URL, e.g. https://iqx.onelistapprovals.com, then click the OK button;

• The OneList add-in opens Internet Explorer with the OneList log in page;
• Log on to OneList;
• The OneList button in the Outlook ribbon becomes active and will display you active task count badge if you have any outstanding task;

• Click the OneList button to show and hide the OneList task pane in Outlook.
