Add Logo to a FAB Form

FAB App Logo is placed on the Top-Left corner of the form:

The Logo Src could be one of the followings:

• a MIME logo stored in MIME Repository of SAP AS Server
• an URL from the internet as http://www.iqxbusiness.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/logo1.png
• a base64 encoded string, this can be utilized via an online tool at https://www.base64-image.de
