The delta task sync process posts new and deleted tasks to OneList. The process is triggered either by an event in the source system or by a scheduled job and should be designed to run frequently.
The following diagram shows the required interaction between the source system and OneList for the delta task sync process. The GetUserSyncRequests and SyncUsers steps are only required if the source system user id is different to the OneList user id and the adapter is able to automatically map the two user accounts.
