The OneList Adapter APIs are designed for workflow systems to integrate. They are REST APIs and workflow system can select one of the following integration options to consume these APIs:
- Host the adapters inside the source system if the source system supports execution of custom code & components, for example, SAP. The advantage of this option is the adapter can natively access the workflow tasks and related business objects within the source system. It is always the adapter making an outbound connection from the hosting source system to OneList API endpoints and does not require exposing of any source system endpoint.
- Use iPaaS to manage and orchestrate the integration between the source system and OneList.
