Select the Delegation tab to manage your task delegation. Your delegation settings are automatically synchronized with the configured source systems. Note: the delegation tab is only available when the delegation feature is enabled by OneList administrator.
- List of current and future delegation from you to other approvers;
- List of current and future delegation from other approvers to you;
- Set up new delegation to other approver. OneList administrator can set up delegation on behalf of other delegator;
- Change or delete your existing delegation;
Use the Categories button to target your delegation for the source system and/or task category.
OneList administrator can configure which source system supporting task delegation. Futhermore, administrator can specify if a source system supports category-based delegation. Only the applicable systems and categories are available for selection in the category selection page.
