Sample launch url
Required task identifiers
The launch url must have one of the following supported query params to identify which task to launch:
id : Internal task id in OneList (if known)
taskid : Task id from Source System (if available)
busobj : Business Object id from Source System (if available)
Note: They are case insensitive (e.g. busObj or BusObj or busobj are supported).
Launch URL & cookies
When launching OneList via a launch url, the user will be prompted with below options/actions (see screenshot below):
(1) Open the web app
(2) Open the mobile app
(3) Download the mobile app
This screen will create a cookie and remember the user’s selection if the user ticks “Remember my selection”.
Note: Adding prompt=1 in the launch url will disregard the launch cookie and always prompt the user what to do (Some customers may prefer this one).
The user has the option to clear or change his/her previous selection via OneList > Settings > Default Settings > Default launch action…
