The Settings tab allows users to view and manage their account, adjust device settings and configure language and time zone preferences. The settings page is only accessible via through the Web Appweb app.
View and manage your account settings
The first section is your OneList account details.
The other sections are your source system account settings in OneList.
These sections allow you to setup and maintainThe Authorize button is displayed if the source system
cannot automatically link your OneList account.
If the "Not Applicable" is selected then OneList will not process any of your task from that source system.
If the "Not Applicable" is not selected then OneList may prompt you to sign in to the source system and complete the source system account set up process.

Click the button and log on to the source system to authorize OneList to process your tasks. You can disable it if you do not have access to the source system.
Click the Save button to commit your changes.

The mobile app will prompt you to link OneList with your Source System Account when required.
Optionally, you can select Not Applicable.

Maintain synchronization settings
You can activate and deactivate the notification channels. Click the Save button to commit your change.
Use the "Sync Now" button to update your tasks e.g. when the expected layout change is not reflected in your tasks.

Change your preferences
Choose how OneList should handle OneList launch urls from Email Notifications.
Note: This setting is only applicable when you click a OneList launch/task url via an email on your mobile device.
Clicking a OneList launch/task url via an email on your desktop will always open the task in the web browser.
