Prerequisites
- The target computer has Outlook 2016 or later is installed;
- Find out whether 32 bit or 64 bit version is installed:
- In Outlook, choose File.
- Select Office Account.
- Select About Outlook
- Note the Outlook version at the top of the dialog window.

For 32 bit Outlook version: OneList Outlook addin v6.0 32bit.zip
For 64 bit Outlokk versionOutlook version: OneList Outlook addin v6.0 64bit.zip
Installation Steps
- Create C:\IQX folder;
- Unzip the file to the C:\IQX folder;
- Right click on the Setup.Exe file and select Run As Administrator;
- Complete the steps of the installation wizard;
- Restart Outlook;
- The OneList add-in displays the OneList Settings window when it runs for the first time;
- Enter the OneList URL, e.g. https://iqx.onelistapprovals.com, then click the OK button;
- The OneList add-in opens Internet Explorer with the OneList log in page;
- Log on to OneList;
- The OneList button in the Outlook ribbon becomes active and will display you active task count badge if you have any outstanding task;
- Click the OneList button to show and hide the OneList task pane in Outlook.
