My Request Overview

My Requests is an optional Micro Application included within the core OneList solution that enables the simple and immediate digital transformation of current manual and paper-based forms.
New "Request Types" can be configured with ease and are typically used to digitalize processes that require a formal workflow process, approval management and an audit trail. As supporting documents can be attached to any approval process, the solution provides a simple but powerful digital "wrapper" around existing manual or paper based forms without complex system integration.
An approval matrix ensures that all the right stakeholders are involved in key business decisions through consistent and compliant workflow process automation.
Approval tasks are tracked and able to be status managed, process-controlled and reported on. Requestor can monitor the status of requests, Approval are completed in OneList and the full process trail is retained for audit purposes.
