Next to the Workflow Version Status is the Review Process Indicator for newly editable workflows. You can activate or deactivate this process using the toggle button located in the upper-right corner of the workflow details pane:
The purpose of the review process is to remind users to check on the copied or newly created workflow configuration and ensure that all details are correct before saving the workflow version.
Review is mandatory
If Review is mandatory ( ) is set, the user will need to view all tabs of workflow configuration before workflow version can be saved. A pop-up confirmation shall be displayed every time the user tries to save the version before completing the review process. Users may also opt to skip this review process entirely by choosing the “Skip reviewing” option in the pop-up window. Once review process is skipped, it should reflect in the indicator at the top of the workflow details pane.
Review is skipped
If Review is skipped ( ) is set, the user will no longer need to view all tabs of workflow configuration before saving the workflow version. No pop-up confirmation shall be displayed and the workflow version is saved automatically.
