The OneList diagnostic log records run-time errors and debug information of the following applications

  • OneList - the OneList Server application;
  • RoleManager;
  • COMMS - the communications service;
  • Email Approval - only available when email approval service is deployed;
  • Diagnostic - the diagnostic logs application;

Access the diagnostic logs

The app://iqxbusiness.com/sysadmin claim is required to access the diagnostic logs application.

  • Navigate to URL: https://<onelist>/diagnostic 
  • Access via RoleManager > Other Services > Diagnostic menu

Configure error report

  • Select the Settings menu to setup error report;
  • Enter one or multiple email address to receive the report;
  • Select the report recipient's time zone;
  • Use the ignore error message setting to skip well-known errors;
  • Configure the number of errors to be sampled for each application and the report frequency;
  • The "Outgoing email queue threshold" is only applicable when email approval service is deployed.
