All configured workflow tasks are tracked within the OneList Data base.  The task details live only as long as the Task is active, but the workflow task statistics are maintained within the OneList data base for reporting and analysis.

The following are the main attributes of the reporting:

  • Workflow Category i.e.. Purchase Order, Leave Request etc.
  • Approval Platform i.e. Mobile, Web, Outlook, Email or Source
  • Source System i.e. SAP S/4 Hana, ServiceNow, SalesForce etc.
  • Action Outcome i.e. Approve, Sign off, Reject etc.
  • Task Action Date/Time
  • Created Date/Time
  • Actioned by i.e.approver1@iqxbusiness.com
  • Actioned by Name i.e Alex Xie
  • Task Tile i.e. Please release purchase order 4500018084
  • Average Task Duration i.e. 4 (in hrs)


How to Execute the reporting

Navigate to the /onelist/admin URL then select the Usage Reports tab.

View and export usage report

  • Complete the report filter. If the selected report is designed for export only then the Generate Chart button is disabled.
  • Select the report type

  • Click the Generate Chart button to view the report on screen:



  • See the results

  • Click the Export button then download the report in CSV format:
