This task has to be performed prior to scheduling the OneList job to prevent old Work Items from being synchronized to OneList. |
Procedure
Step 1 | Go to transaction SWIA or SWI1 to search for the latest Work Item available |
Step 2 | Enter the Task ID → Set Status READY and STARTED → Set the Time Period → Execute  |
Step 3 | Sort the Task ID in descending order to retrieve the latest Work Item  |
Step 4 | Configure the Task ID in transaction /IQX/OL_CONFIG → Select SAP System ID in OneList Endpoint Configuration → Select OneList Integration Configuration → Select Task Type → Enter Cut-off ID → Select Save  |
