Navigate to the /onelist/admin URL then select the Adapters tab.
Configure the adapter
- Source System - select the source system for which the adapter integrates;
- Adapter Type - select the adapter type (task or delegation);
- Task Type - the task type must be unique amongst the same source system. This value must match the task type of the source adapter;
- Category - a selection of the task category of the tasks produced by this adapter;
- Approval Email Template - only applicable for email approval operations. Select the email template to override the template of the email approval channel;
- Exclude Item From Count - if selected, the tasks produced by this adapter are excluded from the total task count;
- Use the Export and Import buttons to move the configuration between environments;
- Use the Configuration button to launch the task configurator.
