OneList helps accelerate and control core business processes by making it easier for executives to make important decisions sooner and more confidently.
IQX OneList aggregates system workflow tasks across multiple backend applications into an accessible, intuitive and consistent executive experience.
This improves executive productivity by eliminating the need to log into multiple applications to access decision tasks. All tasks are presented in an optimised and intuitive manner, allowing executives to focus on the most important informational content. Tasks are configured to include all essential information for confident decision making including:

IQX OneList uses adaptors for connecting to various back-end workflow applications. Individual scenarios can be configured to customise the layout and actions available to approvers. Once configured, the unique data-driven user-interface architecture means that new scenarios are automatically available to users, without needing to redeploy the mobile apps. In addition to simple approval decisions, interactive actions allow the approver to also provided inputs such as date, value or priority classification.
A key feature of OneList is that it eliminates task approval email clutter, and provides executives with a single list of open tasks, indicated by a badge count that is visible on desktop and mobile devices.

OneList has been integrated with a broad range of Enterprise Resource Planning, Customer Relationship Management, Procurement, Document Management, Project Management and bespoke solutions. OneList is certified for SAP integration.

Faster Approval. Customers typically experience a 70% reduction in lead-time between request and approval. This can reduce multi-step approval sequences from days to hours. This improves overall business process efficiency by reducing approval bottlenecks. This has direct business savings and risk reduction, as such delays may otherwise impact ongoing operations. For example, delayed replacement of critical equipment causing operational stoppages or severe consequential damages.
  • Better business decisions. Managers are able to access detailed supporting data (e.g. cost assignments), supporting documentation (e.g. scanned invoices), supplementary data (e.g. available budget) and process history (e.g. prior approvals and comments) to make better informed decisions more confidently. Customers report an increase in rejection rates and the reduction of rogue spending and low margin sales to significantly improve operating margins.
  • Improved productivity. With IQX OneList business executives from the CEO to team leads are able to access their assigned tasks from an active task list without these becoming lost in email clutter or having to login to various applications. Irrespective of the source system, information is consistently displayed and flexibly and intuitively presented in one list in a tailored format that is easy to understand. The same information and actions are available on all devices.
  • Governance and Control. Electronic signatures and audit trail provided by an online process are in general more reliable than physical signatures on paper documents.
  • Compliance. OneList maintains a detailed audit trail of actions and comments to satisfy company policy and regulatory compliance audits.
  • Effective Delegations. OneList facilitates the appropriate delegation of authority between decision makers in line with corporate policy. For example, chained delegations (whereby tasks are inadvertently re-delegated from one manager to a third manager) can be prevented.
  • Administration – with only one workflow interaction point to administer, ongoing system administration effort and cost is minimised. OneList Mobile Apps are provided for all platforms that are easily downloadable directly from the corresponding app stores or deployed through an organisations preferred Mobile Application Management framework. OneList supports managed app configuration.
  • All Approvals. OneList comes with the MyRequests App to support the approval of sundry other requests types that have not yet been automated in a core system.
  • Independence. OneList has no dependency on any third party components or technologies. OneList can be deployed on premise or hosted in the cloud for immediate value.
